Our products are handmade in small batches and designed to be enjoyed safely. Please read the instructions below before use, and keep this information for reference.

Reed diffuser safety & use

Your diffuser scents your space through reed sticks, which draw up the fragrance oil and gently release it into the room.

How to use

  1. Remove the stopper or cap from the vessel.

  2. Place the reeds into the bottle. For a stronger scent, flip the reeds over every week or so.

  3. Place the diffuser on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, heat and draughts, as these can change how the scent performs.

  4. Wipe dust from the reeds occasionally with a soft, dry cloth, and replace the reeds if they become clogged or the scent fades.

Safety

  • Keep away from heat, flames, children and pets.

  • Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse the mouth with water and seek medical advice. Do not induce vomiting.

  • Fragrance oil can damage furniture, finished wood, plastics, fabrics, enamel and painted surfaces. Place the diffuser on a coaster or tray and wipe up spills straight away.

  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If skin contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid gets in the eyes, rinse with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if present, and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

  • Fragrance oils may cause irritation or an allergic reaction in some people. Stop use if irritation occurs.

  • Do not refill the bottle with other liquids or oils.

  • Use only in a well-ventilated room. If you or anyone in your home is sensitive to fragrance, remove the reeds.

Room spray safety & use

Our room sprays are designed to freshen the air and lightly scent your space.

How to use

  1. Shake gently before use if the label says so.

  2. Hold the bottle upright and spray into the air in a well-ventilated room, from about arm's length.

  3. Allow the mist to settle before sitting down or lying on the area.

  4. For fabrics such as cushions, curtains or linen, spray lightly from a distance of at least 30 cm and test on a small hidden area first.

Safety

  • For room and fabric use only. Do not spray directly on skin, hair, people or pets, and do not spray towards faces.

  • Avoid spraying near eyes. If the mist gets into the eyes, rinse with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if present, and seek medical advice if irritation persists.

  • Do not inhale the mist directly. Use in a ventilated space. If you have asthma, allergies or breathing sensitivities, spray when you are not in the room and let the air clear first.

  • Do not swallow. If swallowed, rinse the mouth with water and seek medical advice.

  • Keep away from heat, flames and sparks.

  • Spray may mark or damage delicate fabrics, polished wood, leather, paint and some plastics. Test first.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store upright, with the cap or trigger secured, in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

  • If a rash or irritation occurs, stop use and seek medical advice.
